If Neeli Nadi cancels an order or cannot fulfil it after payment has been received, we will notify you and arrange any applicable refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Our estimated standard domestic delivery period is 7–15 days from order confirmation, subject to the Shipping Policy and any specific delivery information provided for the product.

Delivery dates are estimates. Delays may occur because of courier operations, remote delivery locations, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will take reasonable steps to assist with delayed or missing orders. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory delivery or consumer rights applicable to your purchase.
